Are Eggs Acidic? (The Jury’s out!)

When I was growing up, I would eat eggs every other day. I would find them tempting despite the fact that I was struggling with emerging acidity problems.

Whereas some people argue that eggs are, in fact, good for the acid influx, they are not. Taking them in order to manage acidity is going to be inconsequential.

However, they are not known for causing complications or problems in the management of acidity. In other words, they are not good or bad for acidity.
